what does it mean

thermidor is the period of a new revolutionary government in which its actions start to resemble more closely those of the toppled previous regime. I like this concept because there are a lot of Marxists out there, but not a lot of people know how to retain the ideals of a revolutionary government for long. Not Americans, not Cubanos, not Russians, not nobody...that i can think of. I dont mean to be so absolute in my convictions, because I am not sure of this. I do however want to further explore the topic and how it might relate to me. Hence thermidor.
